i woke up with a sheen of sweat which was definitely welcome.
my aches have diminishes from exercising.
my back pain is gone again.
my breathing feels clear.
the cold air feels great on my skin which also feels more smooth.
my muscles look more lean and defined. probably won’t get as big as with saintbiceps, but i’m aiming for stamina and energy, not muscle growth.
i feel more comfortable inside my body.
