this is the condition that lead me to find you guys about 6 years ago and im so grateful for this journey, you have changed my life for the better and continue to do that, thank you so much, this is so meaningful and exciting ,so far since yesterday it works pretty well , i feel less tension in my jaw, neck and head, still not completely gone, but theres a big improvement so thank you and i wish you the best.

“Symptoms of TMJD can include head pressure, tension headache, jaw never resting comfortably so you are always aware of it (never at peace), the muscles of the jaw/neck/forehead overtime can feel like frozen shoulder except it’s in your head. Vision can also be disturbed by all the muscle tension (blurry, double vision). Needless to say that sleep is badly effected. It can truly be debilitating and ruin one’s life. I did have TMJ or some kind of jaw problem after all because now I’ve already stopped tightening my jaw and it’s generally in a much more comfortable position. It may have stemmed from when I broke my orbital floor and maxillae.
