The new myostatin field on Patreon works in a way that if you listen to it a couple of times the effects should permanent for a couple of months so it works slightly different than the myostatin field in extreme muscle growth

Order is kinda reversed IMO.

  • Whatever automated workouts
  • then Test
  • Extreme
  • Myostatin
  • HGH
  • DHT (lol my stacks may be a little too aggressive for most)
  • Estrogen reducers, as needed
  • Hair loss v3

but the main thing is doing workout first, then the hormonals after

If I don’t exercise and listen 2 times to the new Testosterone Booster (Patreon) and then 2 times Estrogen Reducer (Patreon) is it healthy or will I have hair loss problems?

The estrogen reducer is after hearing Testosterone Booster right ?.

Another question, is the estrogen reducer is reducer, regulator or inhibitor ?. Its name in Patreon is “regulateestrogen.mp3”.

Any hair loss problems would come from the DHT field…not the test fields.

And please don’t over look “mild aromatase inhibitors included”…
Until you’ve tested it for a while, there may not be a need for the estrogen fields.

Sapien’s “mild” is everyone’s else “extreme” :slight_smile:

Be a scientist about this stuff and test! (pun intended) before jumping to conclusions of how much estrogen will or will not be reduced/increased etc.


My above stack was for the old original testosterone.
I, myself, have to test how version 2.0 will work for my body and what needs to be changed…

That’s pretty much my theoretical stack but with Diabetes field first.
(get that lowered blood sugar before Weight loss)
But …

Mine’s already 2 hours long with only a few of the repeats you have…

and I only listen every other day cause…

Haha I totally hear you! This one is 3 hours 52 min! I sometimes don’t make it all the way to the end lol.

Hopefully, once Dream does newer versions of some of the longer audios with shorter time, that may help!

At this point, I am seriously considering reducing all harmones to once to save some time :smiley:

To “save time” because they aren’t really truly need right after workout.
I do, and can recommend -

  • HGH especially if you’re using v2 or using Extreme right after
  • Hair loss v3
  • Myostatin
  • Even After Muscle Recovery (gonna have to post more on this field soon)

to a night time/sleeping stacks

Don’t think it matters too much.
I’m sure there’s research out there on the optimal time to get the HGH released after a workout but i’ll let someone else find it :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes but the new one is version 1.5. Version 2 is only on Gumroad but that was made awhile ago and is 15 minutes
