Hey man! It’s still dislocated haha funny that you ask today, because today my mom forced me to make a doctors appointment finally after 6 months of having it lol got it scheduled for the 30th, I just didn’t feel like going to the doctors cuz I knew they where gonna tell me I can’t work out or something ridiculous like that, if I need surgery I’ll have to sit out for 8 months, yeah right!
I’m just waiting to buy advanced healing but if that doesn’t push the bone back in place then I’ll have to dig deep and find a way to do it with my mind, cuz there’s no way I’m stopping now
The pains not that bad though lol just discomfort in my collarbone from holding my arm in place whenever I’m in one spot for too long, and especially in the morning right after waking up, it’s not as bad as it sounds
It felt good after the PRs though! But I did get some extra discomfort the following days, So I’ve been resting lol will be back tomorrow
Noticed quite a bit of increase in size, esp the pec major/chest. Increased vascularity as well. Been stacking this one with stenabolic and automated workouts.
edit - 15 nov: they seem to have grown even more today lol. Still hoping to trim off that belly fat… running stenabolic + YK11 instead with automated workouts.

Add:
- endocrine system rejuvenation
- kidney and adrenal healing
- Politics of the body album (at least the gentle organ healing and the enhanced organ functioning one)
- Glutathione production
Maybe the last two bullet points can be reserved for PCT if you don’t have time or don’t want to listen to so many fields, but the first two along with anti aging should be good

Idk how effective it is in reversing damage from a sarms cycle though, it could be all you need or maybe not, listen to your body bro, i would personally listen to more than just anti aging because side effects creep up on you and before you know it you’re test is suppressed lol so it’s better to prevent than to have to fix
When you put your hand in water that continuously gets hotter over time, you’ll be able to withstand higher temps than say if you where to stick your hand immediately in burning hot water for example
But maybe _Om has a better route to take

Been running YK11, haven’t really noticed any suppression stuff. Don’t know if I’m doing the automated workout stuff right (not doing real weights though). I mean, I definitely see vascularity, but I haven’t seen the gains/fat loss I hoped for. Still running along with this until I complete the cycle, so might be an issue of time. Been running:
- Automated Upper Body x3 / Automated Workout x3 / Core Strengthening x3
- YK11 x3
- Stenabolic x3
- Diabetes x2
- Enhanced Fat Metabolism x3
Going to modify it to:
- AMPK x3
- Superhuman Mutant x3

OMG, I hadn’t seen this, it’s the one for me!
Automated workouts won’t cut it if you’re longing to look like an absolute tank. I’ve been using automated workouts & home workouts with resistance bands and it’s working fine for now. These audios will actually supplement your workouts substantially with increased endurance and strength over time so you can tear more muscle and gain more or whatever goal you have in mind but that’s the one for me.
A) Gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time (aka recomposition) is much more difficult than doing one or the other, especially if you’re anything but the most untrained noob. It seems quite possible to me that your approach is not sufficient for this.
B) It’s not clear how often you’re doing your training routine (maybe you said earlier in the thread). Big effort at a moderate frequency (like every other day) is usually better than low-medium effort every day (especially if you want to gain muscle).
C) You’re only hitting upper body x 3, when Dream gives the safe / average recommendation to be up to x 4, and I personally have moved up to x 5 and just this week x 6. Are you getting a pump off your x 3? If not, I would be upping the repetitions.
D) In my opinion Enhanced Fat Metabolism is more like an assistant field for helping fat mobilization. I don’t believe (unless I am misunderstanding it) that it significantly (if at all) increases metabolism. Thus, if you’re trying to lose weight, you should pair it with one or more of the metabolism boosting fields. I am liking Weight Loss Combo from Patreon now.
E) Workouts and “supplements” are only part of the equation for muscle gain and weight loss. You need to be looking at your sleep/rest (amount and quality) and diet to see if they are supporting your goals. Normal, old-fashioned, workouts do not burn that many calories. I personally believe the workout fields probably burn less. So, unless you’re pairing the workouts with the right diet and/or some stronger fat burning fields (metabolism boosters or one of the SARMs more geared towards fat loss), you may not see as good results.
Does this create some of the chemical (YK11) in your body?
Yes, that’s what it does. It’s energetic/morphic YK11
I asked this due to someone saying it just activates the receptors the same way these SARMs do. I meant to ask if It ‘physically’ creates YK11 in your body using your body’s resources (also saying it can convert elements into other elements)

Since my last reply here (26 days ago), I’ve still been running YK11 consistently. I can say that it’s slowly causing a body recomposition. Noticed my muscles are ever slightly bigger and I’m maintaining my fat level. All I’m doing is running YK11 x3 with nothing else. Now if I up my exercise levels, this would be pretty good…
