I want a darker color to my sky blue eyes, like sapphire kinda that’d been nice, but how do I turn them into that?

He’s got many videos, and I haven’t seen them all, but let me know which ones you watch that are good so I can check them out…He’s great huh? I know a hundred percent his third eye is opened…he’s got all the signs…lol

Probably, to be that specific, has to be a subliminal…

I have NEVER eaten meat and feel pretty great. I make sure to get enough protein. My family has been vegetarians for generations now and most of my ancestors have lived close or crossed 100 lol…

Ayurveda also says something like this. But I think it also only mentions doing it for the time needed. There are 3 qualities to food:

  1. Sattva (pure, or goodness)
  2. Raja (neutral, or active)
  3. Tamas (Impure, or inertia)

There was a period of time when I went on a Sattvic only diet, twice… HUGE difference. In everything. Enlightened beings from India spoke/speak about how important it is to eat a Sattvic diet (@This_Boy_Here if you ever do a Siddha Intensive, which I’m not sure if you have, it is recommended to be on a Sattvic diet on the day of, and days leading up to it. Or at least as closely possible). My whole head (brain, mind) was entirely different.

It may be surprising and sometimes not intuitive what’s considered Sattvic and not though. Potatoes are tamas, but then again, they are heavy, so that may be easy to figure out and remember.

Meat is definitely Tamas though!!

Yes I do!! Thank you :grinning: I have some coffee enema beans for this purpose (but not specifically for my eyes, it’s great for detoxing the body)

:open_mouth: Twins!! People always ask me why I was raised that way, and no one’s entirely sure. My grandmother was vegetarian and raised her kids as vegetarians. But no one knows why… And she passed away years ago. Apparently I was the only one that thought to ask her. Maybe I should listen to Sapien’s Ancestor Audios though… Lol

What do you eat for protein? Like you mix incomplete proteins together to make complete ones huh? Like rice and beans for instance? That’s pretty amazing btw…how ya’lls families are like that…

I’ve heard from people on Raw Vegan and Paleo diets (like I was talking about above), that light blue eyes have gotten darker. I’ve also heard of this through Body Electronics.

Body Electronics of is a healing system involving a few key components: diet (raw and vegan), enzyme and mineral supplementation, unconditional love to every experience of life, and Pointholding. The healings that people have experienced with the Pointholding are miraculous.

The body has to be sufficiently supplied with minerals, because they build our bodies and make the Pointholding process happen. What happens in a Pointholding session, is that various points are held throughout the body (touching it with a finger) and a hot sensation will be felt. The founder of Body Electronics, was quite certain it could heal many ailments in the body, but our total body (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). I’ve always wanted to do a Pointholding session, but the passed away in the 90’s and it hasn’t really been continued. It’s also not really feasible to hold points on yourself.

Anyways, people have seen their eye color lighten quickly while doing this process, in addition to healing of the body, because of the same cleansing that is happening with those other diets, I believe.

Turpentine!? The thing you use for painting?? It smells pretty caustic if I remember correctly!!

Shit, what you gonna do? You either gonna be patient and listen to some eye subliminals, or you gonna change your shit quick with some turpentine…the decision is in your hands…lol You better get ready for some pain and discomfort boy! :yum:

Turpentine is thought to be only mildly toxic when used according to manufacturers’ recommendations. It can pass through the skin. … Turpentine exposure causes eye irritation, headache, dizziness and vomiting. Breathing or swallowing also causes kidney and bladder irritation.

Protein requirements are a bit of a myth!! It’s based on bad, out-dated science, and marketing campaigns (Those food pyramids and other posters we saw in school were ads). You get plenty of protein from eating an assortment of vegetables, but also things like peas and beans.

But, if you must, you can use Pea Protein Powder. There are vegan bodybuilders out there, and that Football player from the Patriots also advocates a vegan diet. He’s doesn’t eat a full vegan diet, but he eats one for a part/most of the time. I can’t remember exactly.

But incomplete proteins by themselves don’t have any bcaa’s in them to build any muscle…
