NFT not showing in wallet

Hello, I receive an NFT from a freind and it is not showing in the wallet or the hidden items/spam. Has this happened to anyone before?

It would seem that Phantom support is claiming it is in my wallet even though I sent them a screenshot of an empty wallet. I will update further if in case anyone will stumble upon the same issue

indeed, so started checking my wallet every few days to see if all are intact.

Please let me know how it goes and what info Phantom support needs, as I have one Eternal copy stuck as “spam” too. Thank you.

I not sure why but Phantom always has this “display” bug where some of the NFTs are not being shown.
Try using Solflare, another app for Solana chain. I’ve been using this since the error on Phantom and it has been great. Do check the spam category in Solfalre even.
