NFT not showing up in Phantom Wallet after successful transfer

Just made the jump and bought The Eternal.

Followed the instructions in this thread.

Everything seemed to go fine.

  • Minting went smoothly.
  • Downloaded Phantom Wallet when directed and saved the keys.
  • Pasted in the Solana Wallet from Phantom desktop app into the browser.
  • Hit transfer and it transferred successfully.

However, I can’t see the token anywhere in my Phantom wallet? I’m not sure what went wrong.

Was I not supposed to paste in my Solana wallet?

Was I supposed to have funds in my Solana wallet?

Am I looking for the token in the wrong place?

Not sure what’s going on. Little bit concerning.

Don’t worry.

  1. Go to your phantom wallet into the NFTs
  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom, you’ll see the button for managing the NFT list, tap on it
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom. You might see a bunch of scam NFTs. Ignore all of them and find the NFT you just purchased and activate it with the button on the right
  4. Return to the previous page, you’ll see your new NFT but with a warning sign. Open it.
  5. At the top it will say that Phantom thinks it’s spam, so you tap on Not Spam

Now your NFT is visible in your list

I just checked your screenshot.
I think my android phone phantom layout is different.

On your collectibles tab, click the three lines symbol in the top left. My guess is that’s the manage collectibles option

That’s the browser app. I’m downloading on my phone just for a different layout.

Wonderful. Once I downloaded this on my phone, the option to manage collectibles showed up.

From there your instructions worked perfectly.
