Melatonin can anyone tell me other audios I can use that will help me fall asleep or make me tired

I use melatonin it dosent work that much I still have too much energy
it happens to me time to time, you have to use that energy use it on some physical fields like automated_workout
listen for an hour or more you body will get tired sure will get that sleep even for longer. i got tired slept for 12 hours
i tried this and it worked for me

I can use automated workout even if I workout because I workout for like 3 hours everyday so is it safe to use it? Would it overload?
