The energetic/spiritual aspects of nofap are definitely extremely important but let’s not neglect the physical. Some fields that have helped me a lot are the general healing audios like brain regeneration, plasma light, dopamine repair, Parkinson’s amygdala and so on. The new plasma brain of youth audio covers all of this if you want a shorter stack.
