sometimes you need to expose several times to the elements that create a traumatic experience.
sometimes there are several elements that trigger that situation.
best bet is to loop all trauma fields + grounding at once every time you’re actively exposing yourself to those elements.
this approach helped me immensely.
playing a field every now and then didn’t help that much. unless an energy trace from the trauma (there could be several on several shapes) is active at the moment you’re listening the field i don’t think it will help much.
your traumatic imprint needs to meet the field/s imprint at the same time for them to work effectively.
also, don’t go over the top with the exposure to trauma.
go slowly as long as you can take it.
if you go over the top your energy body will become messed up and it will take longer spans of loops and time to heal.
imagining traumatic scenarios should also work too.
take also in consideration that trauma energy spreads in way that’s more dense, thick and fast than energy from fields, which are more gentle and work slowly on the body.
it takes some time for fields to act on your trauma. your awareness can help too with the process.
