Nothing Frivolous Bout it

Yes, I used face lift 2.0 for that purpose, wich has PRP in it. This one is even more on target. :grinning:

I just wanted to share some results  It’s hard to exactly pin down, but i believe it’s the creatine & platelet field from this album, all of album 4 & ojas/crucible combined… so for the last month I’ve been pretty slothful :sloth: standing in the fire of inner transformation ive turned to comfort eating, takeaway, baskin robbins, almost no discipline  it’s been fun, but I definitely lost my edge and energy. I’ve not done much exercise either. 4 days ago I made the decision to get my act together and the results have been brutally fast - from a noticeable dad gut to seeing abs, almost zero tone to noticeable definition and popping of muscle, veins are starting to pop again and I feel different in space, my body is inhabiting space differently (limbs feel different, don’t feel fat rubbing under arms etc) thing is, I haven’t touched a weight, just 2 bike rides, cleaning up the diet and using these fields (no sarms). Amazed and grateful

This isn’t my complete stack, just the ones I perceive to be making a difference

Also @IAmJonathan I’m soon to embark on a serget nubret style low weight / high volume protocol. I’ll let you know how it goes!

Serge was crazy man haha used to be high on meth and would do absolutely crazy work outs in the gym, his style of eating was crazy too! Would fast all day then eat like 4 kg of horse meat… He’d work out abs for one whole hour a day of straight sit ups no rest…

Always wanted to try something like that though! 3 work outs, little rest, moderate poundage with heavy concentration, about 30 sets, 45 minute work outs in and out lol

One of the most aesthetic to ever do it … Good luck and have fun @Abro ! Do let me know how it goes!

Oohhh nice bro! What would you call that pose? A modified mantis pose? Chest was looking :ok_hand:

And bro don’t worry, you already know how easy it is to pack muscle back on… Strength on the other hand :’(… Plus we got magical fields :smiling_imp:

I have no idea man. I just know I have huge delts so I just imitated one of the Arnold poses from Pumping Iron with a little bit of delt flexing lol. Looked good enough

And yeah, I’m excited to see how progress is going to be again :sunglasses:

I’ve been slacking too bro but I got a schedule change this week and I’m supposed to get busy with the gym again so maybe after a few weeks we can start a thread of our progress with Sapien fields! I had one before but i didn’t feel safe with out the fields we have today like curse removal and the fae servitors lol

But now that we got those goodies maybe we can all come together ( @abro , @anon98607113 , whoever else wants to participate) to show off our results with sapiens fields, and the stacks we listened to ect

Your first thread was one of the biggest catapults into me getting into this forum a lot more seriously, so I am forever grateful for what that thread introduced me to. Thanks a lot @TheAscendingBicep for real!

So, whenever the next update happens, I’m a 100% looking forward to it!

Hmm no beard

Haha, nah.

Same here I can’t bench 225 lbs anymore.
I’m about dumbells due to shoulder injury but 20 lbs off from 90lb.

Slowly but surely making it back!

Less protein intake yet, performance still increasing rapidly.

I’ve just recently read about his craziness! The one horse meat feed a day is a bit much for me lol and as for getting high on meth… I reckon fields and pre workout is more my pace  what does really interest me is using lower weight to cut the possibility of injury, and going for the pump, which is highly addictive! Best feeling on earth

I’m on board with a results thread for gym for sure. And I’m interested to know what you think of the new fields? Creatine, follistatin and prp?

I have a few opinions on creatine! I’ll come back and edit this post and tag you when I’m out of the gym bro  it’s my first day hitting legs in like 2 weeks :upside_down_face:

At certain pain thresholds… It’s literally orgasmic… As strange as that sounds lol waves of bliss man

Meanwhile my lifting schedule looks somewhat like this:

Monday: 1.5 hours of bench press, maxing out like 5 times on singles and on triples.

Tuesday: 10 x 3 bench press, + 5 x 5 bench press, ridicilous volume OHP and PRing on OHP singles.

Wednesday: Everything hasn’t been destroyed enough so I’m up hogging the bench press for 2 hours again, maybe squats. Something like 225 x 4 x 20, or 5. Maybe do some deadlifts too. OHP?!

Goes on like that. End up the Friday doing OHP again, tossing on 20 pounds on last week’s 1 rep max, almost blacking out at the top, but setting it nonetheless. If I miss anything I’ll just hit the gym twice a day.

That was from when I felt like focusing on my bench and press.

My current thing after gyms re-opened here is starting low weight 5 reps each set and building up to my highest weight for 3-5 reps. I figured I got stronger doing this. Started at 165 with increment of 15 to 40 pounds, stopped at 265 for 3 reps. This is probably gonna be my new style. It’s more volume than trying for example 225 5 reps, 5 sets for example, plus I prep up my nervous system to adapt better and prepare for more load. It sounds random lol, but I’ve been feeling it & lifting more than I ever did before. My nutrition is wack currently & I’m pretty sure either I’m maintaining my weight or losing bit by bit. I’m guessing supporting with the fields has helped me a lot too. Regardless it’s a lifestyle, I’ll be sure to get it all together.
