OCD Help Video

I want to listen to the video for my ocd but I’m worried that it’ll also get rid of my non-OCD obsessions like being obsessed with a loved one. I’d really appreciate if anyone could clarify.

hi

Could you explain?

Not quoting a universal law, but these usually end up in grave misery for both the parties involved. My suggestion would be to reduce it from obsession to infatuation and then to a healthy outlook towards your loved one. Using the outlook audios or not is your choice.

Remember, attachment is the property of parasites. You’re a human, so embrace detached love, human love, not parasitic love.

Yeah, I knew this was about detachment. Look, I personally practice detachment with my friends and social media. Where for long periods of time, I’ll be off social media (Once was for over a year and a half). I also practice detachment in other areas but this big attachment I have, I view healthy as it’s not with some girlfriend but my mother. So of course, I’m cautious if it’ll affect my feelings for her

obsession is to be focused on. Rest you are smart enough.
The following quote is forever true.
“road to hell is paved with good intentions”
last two words are what you have to figure out in your case. Best of luck.
