Ojas Refined and Defined

With just Ojas and Jindan, I find my three treasures replenished pretty well!

Inspired by this post of the great teacher @Maoshan_Wanderer, I started listening to these two combined.

Think of this as filling your lower dantien with golden mState energies of enormous amounts… It helps heal all physical and mental issues, rejuvenates body and mind and extends long life.

So, jindan basically makes your lower dantien a superconductor engorged with M-State Gold energy. This allows for a better functioning and capacity of the storage center AND speeds up every alchemical process a lot, because

Which is, basically in most Mstate form, we can summarize an enhanced effect of the element it represents.
but also, it is a super conductor that you can consume, for a bit, the integration of a super conductor to your system, makes everything work a little faster, especially neurons and the nervous system.
These enhanced connections, can push and jump start a lot of repair internally.
It can also help with spiritual evolution, as in a higher functioning body and nervous system is what you can get with proper long term growth and evolution.

Ojas are the refinement of a combinations of energies.

I would consider ojas to be the refinement of the everyday, which can become a spiritual pressure.

Jing, chi and shen
are a lot more specific

The difference is… ojas is an internal alchemy of these things.

This produces three effects. A tummo like psychic heat, orbit like circulation and a vacuum effect - all working synergistically to:
