Androstenol is so overlooked it’s hillarious.
It pretty much forces your primal side to be alpha, since androstenol doesn’t rise unless you act alpha all the time, it’s a cheat code.

@Philip_Weiss Depends on what you want really.
I don’t use it that often because I go out in nature almost daily, and have a natural weakness towards animals.
Like I see baby ducks with their mother in a lake and my heart chakra is overflooded lol, kinda turns me into a lil softy so it’s difficult to maintain that ruthless warlord mindset you get from androstenol.
But if there is a specific ritual I have in mind that’s a bit more “dark”, I listen to androstenol to get into a more “ruthless” mindset.
The only benefit for me is the mindstate change tbh, women attraction and dominating/intimidating men can be done much easier with simple magick, you don’t need androstenol for that lol.

@KingMerc I’m no pheromone expert but I remember using an audio by Xenoverse that’s supposed to make you more “alpha” and it increases ALL natural pheromones, and the thing I noticed with that audio is that my face clears up, hair suddenly looks better and eyebrows look like Jason Momoa’s lol.
