Panchanga Yoga

It took 9 days in total from when I purchased it, but that’s including the weekend where nothing would have been processed.
It’s being shipped from England so I got it quick enough over here to Ireland.

If you go on to the Essta site and click on the chat bubble down in the bottom right corner, it should give you an option to enter in your email and order number, it should give you your tracking number from there.
The lady is very helpful so you could just send a message in the chat part with your order number and she will send you the tracking details.

@anon32464289 with regards to paying extra when it arrives, the lady mentioned to me yesterday that it has happened to a lot of people. She said that Essta are supposed to be paying for it and she didn’t know why it was happening, but if it happens with my order to let her known straight away and she would reimburse it in some way.
I didn’t get charged anything extra when it was delivered, it must be different everywhere unfortunately.

Only for awareness, but I, too, received cards only. They are beautiful and a delight to hold, but I may order the device in order to get the visuals.

EDIT: Spoke to Gal, or someone from ESSTA, and it looks like those who paid for devices can expect to receive them in a later shipment, a few weeks down the road.

Has anyone looped any one field for a long time yet? Specifically Tapasya Realized?
I want to do a strong purge while using each field. I was thinking now that I have 2 free hours to myself every day for the next few days, I was going to do a 2 hour meditation while using Tapasya Realized for the rest of the week and then move on to Mind and Intellect Tapasya next week and do the same with that one.

I know the heat aspect might feel a bit uncomfortable but I feel it will be worth it in the long run of it is safe to do so.
I’ve been doing 2 plays of each field everyday but I feel like I need to up it a bit.

It is a gentle heat, but it also depends on the person.

I done it for two hours, maybe two and a half, I ended up falling asleep while doing it :joy: I feel very angry and fed up now, not sure if it is from this or I’m just having a bad day but I need to do some releasing.
I’m sure trying to burn off that much dross would have some type of negative affect if trying to do too much at once, especially the amount that I need to burn away.
I’ll test it again tomorrow and see what arises.

I really really like these fields though, the Mind and Intellect field along with the new Mental Health field will work wonders together i feel :slightly_smiling_face:

Tapasya Realized

Got some awesome experience with it, I was encouraged also so I decided I’d go an learn more about it.

This is stuff I found, I’ve asked questions using chatgpt and got the answers that way, put things together, so I got a better overview of what this field does.

Tapasya Realized

Here, we are realizing the Tapasya, expressed through the Tummo Fire.

Tapasya is a spiritual practice of self discipline, it is about voluntarily exposing thyself to physical and mental discomfort (aka our “negative stuff” I’d say) in order to purify the mind and body to cultivate spiritual awareness.

The purpose of Tapasya is to develop self discipline, self awareness, detachment from material desires, with the goal of attaining spiritual realization or liberation.

What belief is it based on?

Tapasya is based on a belief that material world is basically impermanent and unsatisfactory. True happiness can be found through spiritual realization which Tapasya aims to achieve. This is done through exposing yourself to discomfort or self denial with which we break free from the bondage of desires, attachments, and develop a inner strength, peace, purity, awareness, detachment, gaining control over mind and senses and developing a strong willpower to go through any obstacles.

Tapasya also presents means for one to prepare for deeper spiritual practice (lol if this isn’t deep enough already xd) such as meditation or contemplation (concentration on spiritual things as a form of private devotion. : a state of mystical awareness of God’s being, aka your spiritual practice to which it should nicely prepare you to). Practitioners seek a more fulfilling life and connection to the divine.

Tapasya is not limited to any gender, age, social status etc, it is ideally for those committed to self discipline and spiritual growth, more common amongst ascetics, monks and less common in modern societies where the focus is often on instant gratification, material success, comfort.

Therefore It is not widely known or practiced outside of traditional spiritual communities as it can be uncomfortable due to voluntary self discipline and self denial.

Self Denial is basically about giving up one’s desires, comforts and pleasures, to achieve a higher spiritual goal. Self denial is also seen as a way of transcending the ego and the material world. It leaves an empty room to focus more on spiritual pursuits and connection to the divine, to achieve enlightenment or liberation.

It is a very universal spiritual practice that can be adapted to a wide range of circumstances and lifestyles.

Therefore there are many ways of how one can practice Tapasya, for example through fasting, meditation, yoga, selfless service, self restraint, gratitude, self reflection. We won’t dive into their specifics as here we practice it with the Tummo Fire.

Tapasya can be practiced with the Tummo Fire, also known as the Inner Fire, involving a cultivation of Inner Heat and Energy.

Tummo Fire is a powerful tool for spiritual transformation. With Tummo through energy work, we can develop a greater awareness of physical and subtle bodies. It helps to cultivate inner power, focus, detachment, overcoming physical and mental limitations and unlocking a lot of potential for spiritual growth and transformation

It involves generating inner heat through a combination of visualization, breathing techniques, and mental focus. Tummo is said to awaken the body’s innate energy system and enable the practitioner to purify negative emotions, thoughts, and physical blockages, and develop greater physical and mental resilience.

In The Tapasya Realized part of the Panchanga we are concepts of Tapasya done through Tummo on a physical and subtle energy body.

Applied on Physical Body Benefits:

  • Increased body temperature: The practice of tummo fire can help to generate heat in the body, which can help to increase body temperature and improve circulation.
  • Improved immune function: The practice of Tapasya through tummo fire has been associated with improved immune function, which can help to prevent illness and disease.
  • Reduced inflammation: The practice of tummo fire can help to reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with a variety of health problems.
  • Increased energy: The practice of tummo fire can help to increase energy levels, which can help individuals to feel more alert and focused throughout the day.
  • Improved physical resilience: The practice of tummo fire can help individuals to develop greater physical resilience, which can help them to cope with challenging situations and conditions.

Applied on Subtle Body Benefits:

  • Increased spiritual awareness: The practice of Tapasya through tummo fire can help individuals to connect with their spiritual essence and cultivate a deeper understanding of the nature of reality.
  • Enhanced intuition: The practice of tummo fire can help individuals to develop their intuition, which can help them to make better decisions and navigate life more effectively.
  • Greater emotional stability: The practice of Tapasya through tummo fire can help individuals to develop greater emotional stability, which can help them to cope with stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions.
  • Deeper sense of purpose and meaning: The practice of tummo fire can help individuals to connect with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives, which can help them to feel more fulfilled and satisfied.
  • Increased sense of interconnectedness: The practice of Tapasya through tummo fire can help individuals to develop a greater sense of interconnectedness with others and the world around them, which can lead to greater empathy and compassion.

I think the focus with Panchanga is a lot on removing the dross. (at least the focus in description seems as so)

It can help individuals to remove the dross or impurities from their physical and subtle energy bodies.

Both Tapasya and tummo fire energy are intended to help the practitioner remove “dross” or impurities from their physical and subtle energy body. This process of purification can involve the release of emotional and mental patterns that no longer serve the individual, the elimination of toxins and pollutants from the physical body, and the cultivation of a more refined and subtle energy field.

Physical Body: Tapasya through tummo fire can help to purify the physical body by increasing blood flow, promoting detoxification, and boosting the immune system. The practice involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and visualization exercises that can help to stimulate the internal organs and promote overall physical health. By practicing Tapasya, individuals can remove toxins from the body and enhance their physical vitality and strength.

Subtle Energy Body: The practice of Tapasya through tummo fire can also help to purify the subtle energy body, which consists of the chakras and nadis, or energy channels, in the body. The practice involves visualization exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation that can help to activate and balance the chakras, clear blockages in the nadis, and promote the flow of prana, or life force energy, throughout the body. By practicing Tapasya, individuals can remove negative energy patterns and enhance their subtle energy body, leading to greater emotional stability, mental clarity, and spiritual insight.

I’d personally say this is a really complex practice.
Here we have the blessing to pretty much get the benefits of Tapasya using Tummo to remove the dross, just by listening to the audio, without any practice performed necessary.
That’s great :)

Thanks.

Yeah I think Tapasya Realized is amazing, especially useful after being around other people.
(Felt all the energies I’ve picked up from others, cleansed, burned)

But besides the cleansing the ideas of Tapasya fascinate me, I had no idea really before what it was, ok just cleansing, nah it goes deeper, the little details I’ve not looked at before.

And then that it is used through Tummo, it really makes it a superhuman type of field.

Now I have something to explain to those who ask me what kind of yoga i do

I’ve been trying to meditate on the Solidifier (the void aspect) after Panchanga Yoga and have been getting some amazingly deep, previously unexperienced states. An hour slips by like a minute.

Dream and I had tried out some combinations of Void and Light in the past, but this Solidifier seems to be able to get me where I’ve always wanted to get to - when combined with Panchanga Yoga.

Now it finally makes sense to me…

Penance refers to a voluntary act of (self-punishment) or self-discipline undertaken to show remorse for wrongdoing or to seek forgiveness for sins. It is a form of atonement for one’s actions and involves taking responsibility for one’s mistakes and misdeeds.

To make amends for harm caused to others. It may involve apologizing, making restitution etc.

I feel like Tapasya, brings you to that sooner or later.

I started getting glimpses of my wrongdoings caused by things I find really hard to face.

And the more this all gets burned.
For example i cant stand when a certain thing happens, therefore I react a certain way that isnt wholesome. Then with Tapasya it gets simply removed (yeah its so magical) and all I am left with is Penance. To atone for the my less wholesome actions by becoming more wholesome and acting better in that same bad situation.
Which sooner or later is necessary.
In order to become a better person.

I’ve come to these conclusions after listening to the

Mind and Intellect Tapasya

It is exactly the perfect thing that comes after Tapasya Realized.
With Tapasya Realized one becomes clean energetically on the physical and subtle body level. This alone is peaceful enough.
However we must not forget about our mind and intellect, to not leave them hanging and “not evolving or developing them”
By simply being at peace with your energy body clean etc.

I would do that when I’d feel and be well energetically, but in my mind there would be one big suffering.

For example, being in a situation that now doesnt make you emotional negatively, but mentally you hate it, due to unresolved mental issues or whatever.

These “Issues”, Once again, magicaly get removed by the audio of mind and intellect tapasya.

This is now where true peace is coming in. With both the physical, energy body and the mind being in harmony (aka when all are being clean for example).

But they also are connected, like the mind affects energy, i feel blockages removed in sacral area, even though it is applied on the mind and intellect.

It is one big salvation .

Today, I wanted to learn more about The Centred Mind, felt guided to return to it.

I’ve shared my first day experiences with it here

But I don’t think it encompasses enough explanation on what it actually does.
I think it is useful to know a bit more.

So I’ve stated my questions to ChatGPT to tell me more about the ideas mentioned and now got the answers.

The Centered Mind, in more detail

The concept of a centered mind has spiritual significance in many spiritual traditions and practices, including Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, and yoga.

In essence, a centered mind refers to a state of inner balance, clarity, and calmness, where one is fully present and focused in the present moment, free from distractions, negative thoughts, and emotional turbulence. This state of mind is often associated with inner peace, self-awareness, and a deep connection with the spiritual essence of life.

From a spiritual perspective, a centered mind is seen as a prerequisite for spiritual growth and enlightenment, as it allows one to transcend the limitations of the ego and connect with the deeper dimensions of the self and the universe.

In many spiritual practices, such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga, the cultivation of a centred mind is considered essential for achieving higher states of consciousness and spiritual realization. Through these practices, one learns to calm the mind, focus the attention, and become more attuned to the subtle energies and spiritual forces that permeate the universe.

Overall, a centred mind represents a state of inner harmony, clarity, and peace, which is considered essential for spiritual growth, well-being, and fulfilment

You get to find that center where the empty beingness permeates.

One interpretation of this is that it refers to a state of deep meditation or mindfulness where the mind is completely empty of thoughts, and only a sense of pure awareness or the beingness remains. This state is often associated with inner peace, clarity, and a sense of connectedness with the universe.

In some spiritual traditions, this state is also seen as a gateway to spiritual insights or experiences, where one can connect with a higher power or deeper truths beyond the material world.

Another interpretation is that it refers to a state of surrender or letting go of attachments, desires, and egoic identifications, allowing one to fully embrace the present moment and experience the beauty and wonder of existence. This state is often associated with spiritual liberation, inner freedom, and a sense of unity with all beings.

Overall, the phrase “center where empty beingness of the mind permeates” can be seen as a poetic description of a state of spiritual awakening or enlightenment, where one transcends the limitations of the individual self and opens up to a more profound and universal reality.

Cultivating a centered mind is a practice that requires patience, persistence, and dedication. The audio trains your mind automatically but other ways would be Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathing Exercises, Yoga, spending time in nature… This would be the way:

Meditation: Meditation is one of the most effective ways to cultivate a centered mind. Regular meditation practice can help calm the mind, increase self-awareness, and develop inner peace and clarity.

Mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware in the moment. It involves focusing the attention on the present moment and observing thoughts and emotions without judgment. By practicing mindfulness, we can develop a centered mind and learn to stay calm and present in the face of challenges.

Breathing exercises: Breathing exercises such as deep breathing or pranayama can help regulate the breath and calm the mind. By taking slow, deep breaths, we can reduce stress and anxiety and cultivate a more centered and relaxed state of mind.

Yoga: Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures with breathwork and meditation. Practicing yoga regularly can help cultivate a centered mind, increase flexibility and strength, and promote overall health and well-being.

Nature: Spending time in nature can help us connect with the natural world and cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony. Whether it’s a walk in the park or a hike in the mountains, being in nature can help us let go of stress and distractions and cultivate a more centered and grounded state of mind.

Audio: Listening to the audio :)

Overall, cultivating a centered mind is a practice that requires consistent effort and commitment. By incorporating these practices into our daily routine, we can develop greater self-awareness, inner peace, and spiritual growth.

The audio also represents the sanctuary where consciousness is trained to just exist.

This suggests a (mental) space or environment where one can cultivate a state of pure being and consciousness, free from distractions and external stimuli.

In essence, it refers to a place where one can focus solely on the present moment, and train the mind to exist in a state of mindfulness and awareness without getting caught up in thoughts, emotions, or attachments. This sanctuary can be physical or mental, and can take many forms, such as a quiet meditation room, a peaceful outdoor setting, or simply a state of mind.

The idea behind this concept is that by training the consciousness to just exist, we can develop a more profound connection with our true nature, and experience a sense of inner peace, clarity, and harmony. Through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, or contemplation, we can cultivate a state of pure consciousness and awareness, and let go of the distractions and limitations of the egoic mind.

In many spiritual traditions, the concept of a sanctuary where consciousness can be trained to just exist is seen as essential for spiritual growth and enlightenment, as it allows one to connect with the deeper dimensions of the self and the universe, and experience a sense of oneness and unity with all beings.

It is important to mention that it also works on helping and training the mind on finding the right balance between the chaos of everyday thoughts and everyday life.

This is centered around achieving inner peace, harmony, and alignment with the spiritual essence of life.

From a spiritual perspective, the chaos of our thoughts and emotions can often lead to inner turmoil, stress, and anxiety, making it difficult to connect with our true nature and the deeper dimensions of the self and the universe. On the other hand, the demands and challenges of everyday life can also create distractions and obstacles that prevent us from cultivating a more profound connection with the spiritual essence of life.

Therefore, finding the right balance between these two aspects of life is essential for achieving a state of inner harmony and spiritual growth. This balance involves learning to manage our thoughts and emotions, so they don’t overwhelm us, while also staying present and engaged in the present moment, and fulfilling our responsibilities and duties in the world.

To find this balance, spiritual practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga can be helpful, as they can help calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase our sense of self-awareness and inner peace. Through these practices, we can learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without getting caught up in them, and cultivate a more profound connection with the spiritual essence of life.

Overall, finding the right balance between the chaos of our thoughts and everyday life is essential for achieving spiritual growth, inner peace, and a deeper connection with the self and the universe.

On top of being in a safe space to exist, while finding balance of the chaos of your thoughts and everyday life, it also helps us to observe thoughts while they collapse.

In spiritual terms, observing thoughts as they collapse refers to the practice of being aware of the impermanence and transitory nature of our thoughts and emotions, and cultivating a state of detachment and non-attachment towards them.

From a spiritual perspective, our thoughts and emotions are like waves in the ocean that rise and fall, and just as we cannot stop the waves, we cannot stop our thoughts from arising. However, by observing them without judgment or attachment, we can learn to let them pass without getting caught up in them, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and clarity.

By observing thoughts as they collapse, we can also develop a greater awareness of our true nature, which is beyond the limitations of the egoic mind. This practice can help us let go of the illusions and attachments of the ego, and connect with the deeper dimensions of the self and the universe.

Overall, observing thoughts as they collapse is a practice that can help us cultivate a state of mindfulness, detachment, and inner peace, and deepen our spiritual understanding of the nature of reality. By letting go of our attachment to thoughts and emotions, we can connect with our true essence, and experience a sense of oneness and unity with all beings.

All of stated should help us to develop a better control of our mind.

The control of the mind refers to the practice of managing one’s thoughts, emotions, and mental states in a way that supports spiritual growth and inner peace.

The mind can be both a source of great power and a cause of suffering. The mind can create limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and habitual thought patterns that keep us stuck in cycles of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. However, when we learn to control the mind, we can harness its power to cultivate positive states of being, such as love, compassion, and inner peace.

The practice of controlling the mind involves developing self-awareness and mindfulness, observing our thoughts and emotions without getting caught up in them, and cultivating a state of detachment and non-attachment. Through practices such as meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, we can learn to control the mind and bring it into a state of harmony, clarity, and focus.

Ultimately, the goal of controlling the mind from a spiritual perspective is not to suppress or deny our thoughts and emotions, but rather to transform them into positive forces for spiritual growth and inner peace. By controlling the mind, we can connect with our true nature, and experience a sense of oneness and unity with all beings.

With all that there is also a lot of mental resilience.

The mental resilience refers to the capacity to bounce back from difficult and challenging situations, to maintain a sense of inner strength, peace, and harmony, and to remain connected to our spiritual essence.

It can involve developing a deep sense of faith, trust, and surrender to a higher power or universal force.

It involves developing the ability to detach from negative thought patterns and emotions, to observe them without judgment, and to cultivate positive states of being, such as compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude.

As well as the ability of recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings, and the role that challenges and difficulties play in our spiritual growth and evolution. It involves trusting that even in the face of adversity, there is a higher purpose and meaning to our experiences, and that everything is happening for our highest good.

Overall, the meaning behind mental resilience is centered around cultivating a deep sense of inner strength, peace, and harmony, and remaining connected to our spiritual essence, even in the face of adversity. By developing mental resilience, we can overcome challenges and difficulties, and experience a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in our lives.

Through all this, you should have an on demand anchor of stability which refers to a deep sense of inner peace and steadiness that helps us navigate the ups and downs of life, and remain centered in the midst of change and uncertainty.

The anchor of stability is rooted in a deep connection to our innermost being, and to a higher power or universal force that guides and supports us on our journey.

The anchor of stability also involves developing the ability to detach from negative thought patterns and emotions, to observe them without judgment, and to cultivate positive states of being, such as love, compassion, and gratitude.

It also involves recognizing the impermanence of external circumstances and the transitory nature of all things. It involves trusting that even in the face of change and uncertainty, there is a deeper reality that remains constant and unchanging.

But overall, it is centered around cultivating a deep sense of inner peace and steadiness, and remaining connected to our spiritual essence, even in the midst of change and uncertainty. By developing the anchor of stability, we can navigate the challenges of life with grace and resilience, and experience a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in our lives.

From my experience a lot mentioned here mentioned I have experienced, in like certain situations, or like manifested as certain feelings, or insights.

How does the centred mind relate to the other audios from the series?
You can get as clean as you want
but if the mind remains that of a monkey
then the whole process would take much longer.
Especially when refining i think.

I hope this info inspires anyone. I think ego can fight back at times, making one irritated a bit, but its good to not forget getting back to it regardless of that.

I’m very interested in buying this but there are two options, one for digital only and the other for the cards. For the fields to work, do I need to purchase the cards as well?

The chat rep I spoke to said the app works without needing the cards, but I wanted to make before I make a purchase.

Hey Sonata the digital must be new, it used to be you had to purchase the cards to get the fields.
I think many on here though just wanted the fields so it’s nice to see that they are being sold digitally now.

There is a way that they can transfer the fields on to the Essta app so you should be good with purchasing the digital version :slightly_smiling_face:

The digital fields are only €91.95. That’s a steal :astonished:

Oh that’s new I think.

Oh, I didn’t realize that it was a new thing!

And the cards are out of stock anyway so I’ll pick up the digital then. Just wanted to double check before I bought it. Thanks for the help!

I asked in their chat about if the shipping fees were supposed to be there for the digital downloads and they said that “No definitely not, the team isn’t working today as it’s Sunday. We will get this fixed asap and notify you.”
