Im jealous, I try to use fields that can wear me down, get some rest but they all alrdy integratedā¦Go 1-2 days without sleep with fields on 24/7. This week I had about 8 hours of sleep total/overall
Would you try cutting back on the fields? Maybe they are all overstimulating ypu in a different way and you just feel wired all the time now from all the energy going through you constantly?
Might be worth a try, see if it helps.

Iāve tried for the first time today. I played thrice each the first 3 of the Panchanga series, and itās brilliant.
Immediate changes were continuously yawning (10 -20) while playing Tapasya realized and Mind and intellect Tapasya. I can feel there are a lot of releases from the physical and mental bodies.
āAmazingly recognizable deeper breaths since then. Itās a feeling like doing months of Pranayama practices that I used to do till last year (1-2 hours). I wanted to restart doing it but this came providing those results. Pranayama will definitely amplifies this process so hoping I start again.
ā Actually, started with Centered Mind first. I could feel the brainwaves being changed - repatterning or so. Even after 5 hours, I stay āsilentā. Even though Iāve very less clutter even on daily basis this one takes many levels up. The problem(good) is now that Iām not enjoying my Netflix after I came home ā¦lol I mean cant take big sounds ā¦ my mind wants to sit in meditation nowā¦ While traveling tried chanting and OMG its whole new experience reverberating in mind again & againā¦looks like a good booster If someone is into subs or subconscious programming etcā¦
Iāve kept the refinement intellect(4th one) for later week, focusing on foundations first.
Iād love to add the way of integrity + Tapasya of Savitur to this as I progress in the coming weeks.
Currently Panchanga + Mandelbrot is my mid day playlist.

essta never sent the audios for many. if youāve created your account after making the purchase you wonāt get them. they do not reply to emails.

App still works. Essta definitely never delivered on the light projector piece for the early adopters who crowdfunded it and she disabled her email.
Projector would have been cool but this series is still my favorite set of audios that Captain has produced and worth every penny.
