No updates anymore because of different people’s definition/idea of what “permanent” was to them. It just wound up confusing more people than helping. (Scroll up, read the thread and you’ll see what I mean.)
That being said, if you’d like to sort out what was posted above so that it makes consistent sense and continue curating this thread, by all means feel free to do so. I don’t think anyone would mind.

Why do u think that vocal strengthening and increase is not permanent?
I was logically speaking of course. If you quit working out, do you keep on the muscles ya got? No. The muscles usually need some stimulation in order to stay the same size they’re at. It might even take awhile for some to lose it. It’s inevitable… They’ll wither. Unless you’re like the few freak-of-genetics black dudes I had seen in the beginning of my stint. 
And if you are, god bless you, you’re lucky. 
Same goes for the vocal cords. Vocal cords are like a muscle. That is why singers do vocal exercises for years upon years. To maintain what they’ve got.

At this point, and I’m aware this would be adding another site to the already impressive domain sprawl, would it make sense to start a wiki for fields and include their descriptions and start tagging them with things like which types of stacks they’re good in, whether they’re permanent or not, etc?

I think it would. Much of this information could be further organized, with more ways to interconnect. Tags, descriptions, qualitative & quantitative data, etc. There could even be spaces for practices, activities, experiments, basically what people are doing & how they’re processing their experiences.
Alternatively an AI would take on this information housing and user interfacing.
Or, could develop some psychic abilities/reality creation where whatever you’re asking about comes and finds you.
I am so thankful and grateful, I found this thread. I had no idea there was an audio for Diatasis Recti Treatment. I am looping this now. To bad its not permanent. I will use till I am fully recovered.
