So Sam has nothing to do with this :slight_smile: SM has no correlation to Venly and its minting services.

If anything this is due to my incompetence, so please accept my sincere apologies; I take full responsibility and accountability for the inconvenience caused. I am very sorry (only saying all this so you know it has nothing to do w/ Sapien- if anything he gave warning of this, but I did not heed).

With that said,
I will also reach out to them (as in Venly Support) and request for them to follow up

Please bare along with me as we wait but rest assured she is already working for you - she works for the purchaser (therefore, “owner”) as soon as the email is received (which you’ve mentioned you’ve already so yay)

Oh no I just shooted my shot and asked if these could be venly releases instead .
I had good intentions regarding why
but clearly so much for that lol sighs
But yeah, no; I have nothing to do with these projects-
These are all Sapien originals/ created/ crafted NFTs (including credit but obviously that goes to him for everything regardless)
Like think that Black Tara release (if that helps conceptualize better as to what I mean)

well you see,
you are the owner of your copy- I mean you do have your copy.
Venly is just not with the program as of late and isn’t sending them directly to everyone’s wallets even though the system has it confirmed.

But unlike Ascepilus/ Wu Wiz/ etc where he ended up being overly generous (he recreated them again on the Sapein Shop but ironically few days later they arrived on Venly lol)
I request we all just wait. Because first of all these should have been 225 each, not 45 lol

(And again:) They’re currently working for everyone already anyways. Its just that when it literally enters the wallet, it might help some subconsciously like better “click” with them so to speak. Like “oh yeah my NFT buddy really is over there/ I really do feel its vibe”

I think the issue we are running into could have to do with afterpay. I would think all of these should be in our wallets roughly two weeks after the last afterpay payments since they would all mint at the same time regardless of if you chose to use the afterpay service or not.
