Hello everyone. So on this Valentine’s day well take that back, on every single one I have been single. Hell I have been single my entire life. In my mid 20s. But anyways. I am using the heart chakra opening audio in which I have posted. What I am noticing is I am having a bit of a hard time breathing? Not only that but my throat has this huge lump to which I am feeling all of a sudden to. Also keep in mind normally I don’t feel audios either. What exactly is happening here?
I have the soul core restoration audio which I loop for 3 hours straight while asleep. Odd thing is, I actually sometimes feel that audio in my heart to. Why is that the case though? I thought the soul core was specifically for the lower part of the energy center. Also what is the major difference between heart restoration and the heart chakra + solar chakra audio other than the restoration sealing any leakages?
