What do you think of cobining mstate gold and silver and sungazing? Would that be overdone?

I guess we’d also need detox fields during the whole period of time of sungazing and to have a super clean diet?

It is not healthy to activate the pineal gland without regulating the lower chakras. First of all, the lower chakras need to be cleansed and balanced, otherwise when you open your third eye, you will turn into a medium who causes disaster to spread around

I find this idea very interesting.
I often feel like this is a chicken or the egg situation.

Is it because the pineal gland is active that we can receive higher levels of wisdom guidance and high-frequency energy vibrations to transform the entire body and mind, or is it because our body and mind are very stable and high-frequency that the pineal gland is activated.

Maybe this isn’t a black and white situation.
