yupp! and for those who doubt i just wanna say i came across dreams work 3 years ago and this is the year where these audios are having a profound effect on me. so i guess ya know its not a race its a marathon. although I am not saying itāll take that long but patience is a virtue.

starting on protocol 1 now.
First impressionsā¦ yesterday was savage lol chest/shoulders/tris after 3 days in a row of intense upper body training, 30 odd minutes of high intensity sprint intervals, then nearly 2 hours of kundalini yoga with my beautiful community in the evening.
Woke up feeling heavy, sore and like I need my mum.
Into my second play of #1 now and I feel light, healed and almost like I want to do it all againāŗļø And that really strong ārobust wellbeingā I got from plasma light. I already know #1 will be a game changer in terms of recovery for me. Canāt wait to see how the rest of the protocol unfolds 
Edit - Iām also feeling a wonderful healing pressure and release in my brain, and waves of relaxation through my nervous system. Wow this is profound

Your body is a hologram based on very complex mathematical equations. It can live hundreds of years or more if you hack its operating system. This plasma protocol is doing exactly that.

Update, my urine is turning dark yellow ish?
I had a toe nail that got something like this:

okay guys I caved. I couldnāt stop myself from buying this field and Plasma Flower. So my understanding is Plasma Protocol, Plasma Flower, Torsion, Cosmo Volt and Plasma Light are the fields to be listening now. Anything else Iām missing? There are too many great fields recently that I canāt even keep track! First world problems. Do I still need to listen to The Flower of Life if Iām listening to Plasma Flower?
Edit: Nevermind I read @_OMās FAQ in the Plasma Flower thread. This doesnāt really replace Flower of Life

WOW, thats great! I also had a nail that looked like that (on the same toe too) and I ended up losing the entire nail. Then the nail grew back distorted.

Started Plasma Protocol 1, and after 6 days I experienced the following:
- mind feels much clearerā¦ and like my brain is lighter
- muscles are noticeably harder
- have a lot more energy throughout the day. No more dozing after dinner
- skin looks a little clearer
- voracious appetite, but no weight gain
- stomach/midsection shrank. maybe due to improved digestion
- the hair on my head has hurt for the past 3 days whenever I touch itā¦makes me lol. I was like wtf and had to look it up and it seems this is related to nerve and blood flow activity in the scalp. Wonder if it will grow more hair over time?
This is so powerful, I can hardly wait to see what happens over the next 2 weeks.
