indirectly it would be all three of them. the first one targets the nervous system which is connected to the eyes.

the third one’s description logically allows the reader to assume it circulates blood flow to and from the eyes.
after the initial listening guide of 1 per week, all three will work together for your eyes.
i would still supplement eye regeneration as @MonkeyOwl has previously mentioned if you need a boost in experiencing results.

i remember as a child i would get really dizzy in the car and my mom’s tip of looking out the window and watching for anything green (plants and trees) will help.
