Update: I have been using this daily for about close to 2 weeks. I used to have severe bleeding of the gums whenever I brush my teeth.
Since about 3-4 days ago, all the bleeding have stopped. I even tried brushing slightly harder to rule out any placebo effects. Nothing. Of course, I can make my gums bleed by using excessive force while brushing but which sane person does that.
The cavity on my right lower tooth is also decreasing in size.
I have started oil pulling 2 days ago to get better results. btw, I am listening to this 5x a day.
