This forum works for selling things, but it would be great to have a platform for selling items where they can be verified to make sure people are actually selling the right items. Also, for posts like mine they get buried under when you try to sell on the forum.

The classified area of the forum is for this. It doesn’t get buried there, there are not many posts in that area.
It’s not that easy to match supply and demand though because many of us wouldn’t want to buy something that’s been boosted.
