Please check my list! Am I listening too many?

Hi all, I started listening to SM audios about a week ago.
Found this forum and very much excited.
I read many many threads and tried to make my own list.

Here they are:

Morning

-Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing Cleaning - once
-The Exorcism Rite version 2.0 - not everyday. Prob every 2-3 days
-The Plasma Light and Infrasound Bioactive Beach - just added today. I still don’t know what this is, but it feels good!
-Ego Dissolution - once or twice

  • Repel Negative Energy ver 2.0 - once
  • Amplify Positive Planetary and Astrological Effects - once
  • Nullify Negative Planetary and Astrological Effects - once
    -Ojas Refined and Defined - once
    -Energy Blockage Removal - once
  • Emotional Release - once
  • The All Purpose Anxiety Removal - once
  • Subconscious Limits (Removal) Ver 2.0 - once here
  • Love, Gratitude and Appreciation - twice
  • Probability Alteration and Luck - once or twice
    -Abundance Mindset - once
  • Million Dollar Empire Mindset - once
  • A life of Magical Abundance - once
  • Attract Wealth, Prosperity and Abundance - twice
    -The Guided Path - 3 times
  • Coincidence And Synchronicity - 3 times
    -Justice For all - twice

wow I realized I listen a lot in the morning…

then in the afternoon-ish
I start with SLR once and then

  • Attract Love - once
  • Unconditional You - 3 times
  • Self Love and Acceptance - 3 times

then evening… again SLR once and
-Enhanced Fat Metabolism - twice

  • Stomach Shrinking and Toning - 2-3 times
  • Super Metabolism Boost and Weight Loss with Cellulite Reduction - 3 times
  • Stretch Mark Removal - 3 times
  • Automated Workout System - 3 times
  • After Workout Muscle Recovery - twice
    -Uplift Yourself, People you meet and the world - 3 times

seriously… am I listening too many?
sometimes I get headache, if then I pause and take a break.
Otherwise, I’m usually ok. I only have 4 physicals…
It’s been only few days, so no obvious results yet.

If your not fatigued than your cool, but theirs a problem, do not make these fields your life because you’ll start going mad. In my morning, I listen and when I go outside for school and hanging out I don’t take my headphones with me and I start living life than at night before I sleep and during sleep I get my playlist ready for the other stuff to listen to than repeat the process

If you had to pick 2 goals to focus on what would they be?

Use audios that help with those goals.

For example for me at the moment is to build more muscle fiber cells to get faster in sprints. As well as exploring my inner self for guidance and direction. I’ve dropped many audios not because they aren’t amazing but because intentions are powerful.

You can also introduce night stacks if you feel like your day is filled with audios and don’t want to drop anything. This should open up your day for other things.

I second this.
It’s no use really to start out with 100 fields. Better to prioritize and focus. I suggest you make a short list of goals, and then order them by the degree of impact they would have on your life if they come true. You then create your stack around the top three goals

It’s best to be very dynamic with stack creation, goal updating, etc. Eventually you’ll have a core area stack from which you’d add or remove a few, or you might skip some on some days, it’s all possible. I think this is all part of a process that can only benefit you

Other than that, have extreme fun with this, be very open and curious

Your list looks long but its not too bad considering a lot of them kinda mix well for almost the same purpose.

But i could suggest you this:

Maybe for a week, just focus on clearing your aura, energy systems, subconscious, etc

Morning:
Aura cleanse x 1
Exorcism rite x 2
Ego dissolution x 1
Subconsciously Limit Removal x 1
Energy blockage removal (not really necessary in the week you are listening to the aura cleanse)

Then evening:
Nullify Planetary x 1
Amplify Planetary x 1
Plasma light x 1
Emotional release x 2
The all purpose anxiety x 2
Justice for all x 1
The devil in reverse x 2
Crucible x 2
Automated grounded x 1

For a week so this clears you and starts preparing you for other fields and makes you feel good during the day and sleep good.

Then after a week you can listen for a while and see how you feel:

Mornings:

Nullify x 1
Amplify x 1
Subconsciously L x 1
Energy blockage removal x 1
Ojas x 2
Crucible x 2 (this one along with SLR can help you with anxiety, and stress or emotional release)
Unconditional you x 1
Self love x 1
Justice x all x 2

Afternoon:
Jing x 2
Plasma light x 1
Stomach Shrinking and Toning x 1
Super Metabolism Boost and Weight Loss with Cellulite Reduction x 1
Automated Workout System x 1 After
After work out recovery x 1
Automated grounding x 1

Probability Alteration and Luck (i personally loop this before an event where i can really use good luck otherwise with the other audios daily is enough)

To sleep:

Abundance Mindset x 2
Million Dollar Empire Mindset x 2
Coincidence And Synchronicity x 2

The others are good but not really necessary if you are listening to abundance mindset and millionaire mindset.

There are other fields that have a price that could cut the list even more.

It would be my future(wealth, job, in general…) and my weight.

I currently have a job, but I’m not very satisfied with it.
It’s not so much about money, but rather having more opportunities,
meeting more ppl who can have more influences , etc.

and I need to lose about 10 kg…

After this thread, I decided to focus on two areas: my future and diet.
Yes, I do need more love (currently single) but I’ll put it aside for now.

I have a job but I’m not very happy, so I would like to have more opportunities,
meet more people that can actually help me, and etc.
It’s not so much about money, but rather my success, vision, and stuff.

And… I need to lose about 10 kg, if not more.
