I have a huge problem, which is that one of my breasts is significantly larger than the other. I cannot afford plastic surgery, so I am hoping to find cheaper ways to reduce the asymmetry. One of them is by starving myself until there’s no more fat on my body, the other is with Sapien Medicine’s help.
I have searched everywhere for answers, read most of the comments on the youtube video but came to no answer.
Does the “Body symmetry” audio 1. also include fat tissue and 2. affect the breasts (size, or shape) at all?
I don’t want to find myself disappointed in three months because I have listened to the wrong audio. If the weight loss audio (from Patreon) has more affect on breast fat tissue than the body symmetry one, then I will listen to that one.

I’m afraid so as symmetry is dependent on bone structure on which tendons, muscles are attached which gives body its shape, things made of fat and internal organs do not come under symmetry.
I am not sure if the breast asymmetry problem is purely about fat, although I think that you can give it a shot and see how it works. Actually one of the main reason I started using this field is because of my unbalanced chest (I am man btw, it was mostly muscle problem because my chest has to compensate for unbalanced arm strength during strength training) I personally have great success with this field after 1.5 months of usage (lengthened left forearm balanced leg muscles almost balanced chest one arm is catching up, much improved posture due to some underdeveloped muscle got strengthened etc). If you are not really using much fields why not just try it? I am sure this can fix some of your problems, lets say if your breast is significantly imbalanced I bet that you will have muscle imbalance, so it can fix them for sure. It is not like you are paying for this field anyway so you are not losing anything if it does not fix your main objective. You can play it while you do other things.
By the way if you are concerned about not having enough money to go down the surgery route, why not try wealth/luck stack? It should help you reach your goal.

Let us know if you have made any progress! Take it easy but try to not have a mindset of “this is going to be hard” I would say. Like you can look at the testimonials on YT and think “if that can happen to them this can also happen to me” and try not to think about how this can happen.
Surely it can’t make your current situation worse, but chances are it will make it better, so you’d better give it a try; keep in mind that normally you need to listen for some time.

I’m also doing an extreme diet right now, in hope that if I starve myself enough, my body won’t have a choice but to deplete all fat stores. Perhaps this combination of morphic fields and starvation will lead me to my desired results.

Ok here we go. sorry for the caps. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF IT DOESN’T WORK! your metabolism will drop quickly and then you will be burning muscle instead, then after a while you crashes then everything rebounds back. No I didn’t just read that from somewhere, did it 20 years ago when I was young and did stupid sht and won a 300 dollar bet against my roommate and fcked my body. After rebounding back I have stretch marks that I still carry to this date (I plan to run stretch mark removal or stem cells scar tissue later, but I don’t really care about these stretch marks, got more priorities to run). It will be even more disastrous when you are trying to run permanent physical change fields on top of starving yourself as your body needs lots of nutrients to support all that energy to help your physical change. My food intake increase by about 15~20% I would say and if I ever undereat all the side effect starts to show and I don’t get much results. Despite me eating a lot more my fat level actually goes down slowly. Plus even if let’s say you reduce your fat level it doesn’t help you solving any imbalance as they would be reduce at about the same level. Just eat healthy and if you are worrying about fat, there are tons of topics on this you can just look it up by searching. Heck if you want to burn fat you can try Keto diet (granted that you really have to stick to removing all carbs), but just don’t starve yourself. If you want to starve yourself don’t do fields on top of it you will crash within days.
Edit: Forgot to add, if you have patreon membership, charge all the water that you drink with plasma and infrared drink charger. It helps a lot, more energy, heals your body, can help losing fat, etc. Easy to set up as well, be creative. I definitely think you can hit your goals with just free stuff don’t need to go for paid ones now. Once you get results you can justify purchasing paid things for whatever more advanced stuff you want to do.
first of all that’s so kind of you to worry. I must assure you, I’m not new to extreme starvation - in fact, just last year I have water fasted for 32 days, and I have not experienced any issues with my body since then. I didn’t do it for weight loss, though, and the weight I lost did come back within ∼ 2 weeks, which is crazy to think of. But you learn from your mistakes. That’s why this time, after I have outdone my last fast, I will be implementing strict rules and continue with dietary restriction.
You’re right that the weight will rebound when you listen to your “hunger cues” and eat impulsively, but this can be avoided. Things like proper food reintroduction, sticking to specific meal times & only eating pre-determined amounts of pre-determined food play a huge role in making your changes permanent.
I do know of some cases where fasting (or extreme dieting) didn’t end well, so I understand your concerns. I’m sorry that you have had bad experiences regarding dieting, and still must suffer the consequences of it. Luckily for me, I have been through an extended fast once & therefore know it’s safe for me to do again. On top of that, there’s a lot of research regarding extended fasts that support the health benefits. You can look up Dr. Alan Goldstein for example, who claimed to have successfully supported 20.000 patients in their extended fasts. What sounds like a terrible idea can actually have a major positive impact on your health and overall wellbeing.
I do know that “spot reducing” isn’t possible with dieting. However, the imbalance in my chest won’t be noticeable when I’m underweight and have no chest.
That leads me to my problem again - keto would only reduce fat percentage overall, at a slow rate, and not give me the drastic results I know I can achieve with an extended fast. However, implementing keto post-fast is actually a great idea for maintenance and slow weight loss. I’ll definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for bringing it up
You’re right about the muscle wasting - I will have to counteract it with muscle training, and perhaps the myostatin field for muscle preservation. I don’t know how harmful using fields will be in my journey; it could be that it’s safer for the body to balance out the fields with physical nutrients. However, I am willing to experiment and report back for all future users.

Please don’t take my reply as a rejection of your advice; I will try to be careful and use the water charging fields to strengthen myself during my fast, and during the restriction post-fast. You must understand I’m doing this out of necessity, and not just because I’m unhappy with the fat distribution in my chest (although that’s a huge motivator at the moment).
Sure, water fast should be good. I do intermittent fasting daily and I have been keen to try out extended fasting but my family always stop me from doing that. Just I am not sure if anyone here did it on top of using fields though. Anyways good luck on your goals and don’t try to push yourself too hard!
