i mean im getting results with friends like when i dont want something or to change the course of something my friends immediately change their plans according to what i wanted because i don’t feel comfortable with it.

Yes it do the same im actually wearing it all the time. But i do listen time to time chakras audios and energy blockage on youtube but not all on same day. I manage to listen every other day.
