Simply transmute your sexual energy through Pranayama (the Egyptian alternate nostril breathing technique). Also mantra recitation, listening to classical music, the Transmutation field, meditation. Of course, you have to be conserving the energy first.

Oh and all the Jing Chi and Shen fields of course. Technically Ojas is mostly related to Shen.
