The Breathe of The Belly is such a gem. And Kinesthetic Intelligence probably takes this to the next level.

The Energy Expansion and Chakra Stimulation cards from Instagram and the Book of Cards are daily musts for me.

I consider them alchemies as much as what Ojas is. I mostly stick to using workout fields rather than doing the real thing, but it still makes a big difference in my routine and how I feel. It gets everything moving, both in the physical and the subtle.
