Question about slow down the perception of time

From what I gather you can get more stuff done or sleep less using it, but does it also make you age faster compared to everyone else?

No. The key word in the title is “perception.” It doesn’t give you more time. It allows you to enjoy the time you have more fully because you’re rushing less or being less pressured.

I understand the part of living more in the moment and being less pressured because you feel you “have” more time. What I don’t understand is that reading testimonials people say they’ve been able to sleep less and be more refreshed for example. Does that mean that we are normally skipping time instead of making full use of it, and this field fixes that?

the description says it does

From my experience, I get more stuff done with this field in a shorter amount of time. Because my subjective perception of time changes, I have the feeling and experience that “more time is available to me”.

Objectively time continues to pass on with the same speed, but subjectively I have the feeling that the time goes slower when I look at the clock. This leads to me objectively doing things faster while it appears to me that I do them at the usual speed.

So in my perception I am doing things with my usual speed, but when observed from the outside, it looks like that I am doing things faster than usual.

Hope this helps.

Hasn’t your life shown you that you sleep less well and that you need more of that sleep when you’re all balled up in stress, when your plate is way over full and you have so much to do and so little time to do it in?

And don’t you sleep more easily and more comfortably when you are relaxed and in the flow of your life?
