Question on using autism audio after brain stack

Sorry to make another brainstack thread, but after much research (so much), I have a couple questions regarding these audios. If you dont want to read all this, I made a Tl;Dr at the bottom

So far I have come down to a basic stack I can use mostly for my enhancing musical abilities and other mental related tasks.

I have read that a common theme with using these audios is that overuse can cause brainfog and other symptoms due to an overgrowth of neurons. (I think that’s the science, I could be wrong). I have read from multiple people that a cure for this is the autism audio because it helps prune brain overgrowth.

I intend to use my stack once a day at most so I dont think I will be overusing, but I am partly concerned that daily use will eventually bring side effects. I have never over used this type of audio but I am very familiar with brainfog, having used marijuana chronically for many years and I am no fan of it (I mean no fan of the brainfog, I love me that ganja)

So I was wondering if it would be a good idea to throw in the autism audio at the end of stack to reduce the potential of overgrowth. Do you guys think this would be counter-productive, or perhaps unnecessary, or even harmful? I thought about only using the autism audio as needed (or maybe just at the end of each day?) but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to have some input from the community.

For those curious, here is my stack (I am trying to keep it short as possible)
*Super Human Genius
*Nerve Growth Factor (Or TCDS + NGF on dreamseeds)
*Permanent Brain Enhancement
*Enhanced Brain Connectivity
*Attention and Focus
*Induce Creativity
*ENPP6
*Brain Regeneration

Also I was very meticulous with the order of this stack, fill free to suggest an alternate order if you think it may be of benefit.

Bonus Questions:

Is the TDCS and NGF video on Dreamseeds as strong the original NGF video on Sapienmed, or should I include both or just one or the other?

I was considering adding BDNF, but I thought it might be be overkill. Any suggestions on adding this?

Tl;Dr Is it a good idea to add autism audio at the end of brainstack to prevent overgrowth and brainfog?

Also I read a lot about the Brainwork field on T-Spring. It seemed inconclusive whether or not it was as effective as the individual audios. If someone can help me understand its effects better that would be greatly appreciated

If its possible to only use that audio and forgo a majority of the rest I will order it ASAP. Note- I’m not looking to be Tony Stark, I really just want something that will give a good boost in my guitar playing, book reading, and language learning.

I would add alzheimer’s audio to that pile, it also fights overgrowth problems and so on, it clears toxins from the brain.

Awesome thank you for that! I’m just working on brain stuff so I’ll swap out NGF for BNDF. I will look into the brain massage audio as well, I am a very sedentary person at the moment.

Okay for sure, do you think that would allow me to remove some of the audios already in the stack to shorten it, or do you think that would reduce the effectiveness?

I was looking at that audio as well, I was hoping one audio would be enough, but if there are large benefits to be had I may include this one as well. I will research it further

You can create a routine in relation to the audios that you find less important, you can use on alternate days or even only on weekends.

Honestly I would remove all of the audios that are included in the brainwork audio for sure.

cool, thank you for your input. I will move ENPP6 to the front and also add the Autism audio to my end of day night stack because it seems like it will be good supplement. Would you recommend I swap the TDCS +NGF With BDNF or should I add them both. I know TDCS +NGF is short so I dont mind having both in if it helps

Okay good to know, I will go through that thread and see which ones I can take out once I get that audio

I personally use BDNF, but then remove it after one or two plays…It depends really :man_shrugging:
It depends on your own capabilities (mental, energetic and adrenal wise, really).

If you are to hear the stack once, just let it be there once, really. If you plan to make experiences or loop it, be careful with it. Listen to your brain, to your body and see how your energy levels go.

I don’t go by the same opinion as Gabriel’s. As I still mantained the audios, because different things are targeted. But if you want to narrow the stack, you can certainly reduce a few audios. But the stimulation is not the same.

Then again, careful with overstimulation.

If you are starting up, make sure to do it slowly.

That’s all great info. I was looking through that thread but I’ll make sure to go through it more thoroughly. For now my plan is to use the stack (slightly modified now since the thread) once a day each day and at the end of each day listen to my nightly stack with autism audio in it.

Once I reach my desired level of proficiency in specific skills I will probably buy the Brainwork field and slim down my playlist just so I can maintain a higher cognitive functioning.

I just wanted to give an update in case someone comes across this thread.

I have found that for me with brain audios, less is more. I have always been an overactive thinker and regarded by my peers to be relatively intelligent. I feel that I personally dont have any need for a lot of the audios I listed before (for my purposes now at least).

I decided that will just focus on the ones that apply to my specific scenario, so here is what I removed and why.

*SHG: I’m pretty sure my brain doesnt need any extra growth at the moment. I have no issues with memory or things of that sort so it is unnecessary.
*NGF: For the same reason above
*BDNF: For the same reason above
*PBE: I may add this in later but I am already pretty sharp and dont see any benefit in increasing this at the moment.

My current stack.
*ENPP6 (For the myelin sheath effects)
*Enhanced Brain Connectivity (For increased mind/body automotion)
*Attention and Focus (Obvious reasons)
*Induce Creativity (Musical reasons)
*Brain Regeneration (Trauma from living in the Western Society)

*Autism Audio As Needed For Clarity and Anti-Brain fog (Currently Running it once a night)
