What jaaj said this is a sequential incarnation tale to fool the earthers (simultaneous incarnations). For sequential incarnations they reincarnate and they remember everything but they progress the slowest and rely on technology thinking it will help them spiritually. For simultaneous incarnations we have multiple incarnations at once. You can see them in your higher self as well. This is where deja vu comes in. If you experience deja vu its because another incarnation was there. There’s more to it but that should be a good summary.

However, please be careful with those as I think not everything in there is true.
For example, I agree on the sequential and simultaneous incarnations thing, but I disagree on the technology thing. Ultimatively, technology is requires to survive in the harsh physical environment and also, it can support or hijack spiritual evolution, it all depends on what the souls decide they are gonna to make with those tools.

We here to realize god we all come from his infinity light and love, separated into infinity different expression of the same divine energy in order to experience itself in the realization that you are a being of infinity love, through infinity perspectives, of a web of infinity ever expanding love and union with god. Reincarnation allows for the unique individual expression to make its path to self realization which you are infinity love one with everything.
The reason for different polarities exist for an infinity amount of individual potentials to realize gods infinity love and also duality allows for the lessons of love to grow, without pain and suffering you would never grow into your divine potential, there wouldn’t be you a unique expression of god without the experience of duality to create you, in fact you wouldn’t exist at all. Darkness is a distortion of love, duality is a distortion of love, deep down we all seek union and love, in distorted manners by seeking it externally instead of realizing you are infinity love and so is everything, which is a paradigm shift into something more aligned with truth and infinity power.
When there is pain we learn that others also feel pain, so you have the potential to sympathize which means pain is the intensity to relate to others which is the foundational energy to love others, however due to the ego many distort pain with self, and create more pain to others however instead of freeing the potential energy of pain into love that is further distorting it and identifying with pain. Suffering allows for a potential intensity of love to be born, think about love you want to free the suffering of the world, in order for love to exist there has to exist suffering, just how being poor can allow you to be grateful, so darkness allows you to become more sensitive of your own light it forces you to awaken the light to radiate the room of darkness and turn it back into light which is love.
Every single human experience is an expression of love, just distorted, darkness is just wanting to be loved by distorted means such as power and ego, hate because it lacks love while light is becoming one with that source of infinity love. Human experience allows you to expand your consciousness into the realization that you are part of all, to sympathize with enough intensity, that you are a being of love as is everything. When you tap into that consciousness you tap into an infinity inner power of love, that is beyond the ego and reality. When you feel enough love you make space for more love to enter, when you are empty enough you make space for more love to enter.
Many people wonder what they need to do in order to be enlightened and meditate for a long time while forgetting the most powerful other element which is love and not the love people talk about unconditional love, you know when you have felt it when you feel an infinity ecstasy or elation because unconditional love allows to become in union with gods love.
The reason why they want to control us? Well lets say this they are babies in the infinity cosmos, that have fond happiness in toys, and gaining everything for themselves, childish behavior that has no substance or reason but an expression of lack of love, deep down they want to feel loved, by choose the quick rout of power, which never gives happiness, instead of realizing that they are love where loved, and everything is love, that they where one with all all along. This evil people call has no power because they live dis aligned with truth, instead feel compassion for their suffering that they have identified distorted, buried, and used against others. Same reason why terrorist bomb place, because they hate to see others happy because they never where, or where hated by society.
True love is not feeling sad for some one that is distorted true love is seen that no matter who that being is, its an expression of infinity love, if you find it hard to love unconditionally likes this its simple because you are identified with suffering and allow it to blind your from seen love in it, so if you can’t see love in suffering how can you heal from it? When you feel enough love it reaches a point where it becomes ecstatic I say this from my own experience you reach a place where is love transcendental a gateway to infinity consciousness since love is the sharer of truth and truth is the liberation that everything is love and one with consciousness, you become aware of the observer behind you and loose your sense of self and reality.
We are here to realize our infinity potential, the universe is fitting in a way for you growth, for your awakening. Many people say why so much suffering without realizing its what gives the pressure to create a beautiful resilient diamond.

I see life as acquiring know-how on nutrition, having healthy divine nutrition… and cultivating true Knowledge and eliminating false ones, muscular body is a minimum and unlocking is power, this is the goal of life for me
Awaken my Kundalini, know how to distinguish the true from the false, be good to the good and be neutral or negative in the face of nastiness, basically know how to defend yourself…
The goal of life is evolution and that you are a better person at every moment and you will access spiritual powers such as Astral travel or the Ultimate and final goal of a human which is KUNDALINI…
My goal is to have an immortal divine human body and to be able to travel to other dimensions with my astral body or travel to different planets or in the past or the future
But for this I must have an operational and Divine body ready for any test.
