you could loop for as long as you want overnight without side effects due to the negentropic element but i see no point

sleep apnea blocks the airway from receiving sufficient oxygen. less oxygen during sleep triggers survival instincts that disrupt the deep sleep cycle

unconsciously holding a mewing mouth posture overnight keeps the mouth shut, stopping mouth breathing and forces the upper airway to expand and open up, promoting better oxygenation

Originally I did tongue circles to help with upper body tension but I’m feeling that it’s actually helping me with mewing more by extending my tongue so that it’s able to rest easily on the roof of my mouth.
