He may know about it but not interested enough to experience it. I am not seduced by the idea of judging him for that. Although I have judged him on the fact of taking life’s pleasures away. There are many things by which we are all being judged. Maybe the guy is great, wonderful and all that jazz 
I simply want to emphasize that human beings are not made to be like a robot (as he wants) and we need small moments of “chaos” or “breaking the routine”… And to be able to enjoy anything without following a strict plan from which you can’t deviate. The only definitive script we should have is to improvise until it’s time to die.
