Have you used cards before?
If yes/recently - go directly to/with “Healing” card, look at it and say Healing Activate, for better results, keep the card on the screen, near you, wait 20 minutes, repeat - look at the card, followed by “healing activate”, wait 20 minutes again, repeat…

Do this for as long as necessary, also sometimes you may need to let the body dump all that you dont need, but if you go way too often and more than 3 times, take some medication, its urgent.

Also, Orgone Acumulator helped me when i was sick.
Heal those around you - use it for yourself.

Going to the toilet 5-6 times is an upper limit, so better not risk it, better take medication and Drink Water, Plenty, to Hydrate.

Update: I listened to bacteria destroyer and I felt better now. I no longer getting bad chills and stuff.

IBS field. And either virus disruptor or restoration from the long haul…I dont know which one and I know they arent for that purpose but they have that effect on me.

Indeed what we gonna do

Anyway guys this is manifesting…dont act like it is all over…things may resolve in time…I’m sure the people involved will keep thinking about it…and soin they may think if a better way to deal with stuff
