This is what I know,
When choosing protein, the most important factor is the quality of milk and how ethical the animals are being raised
Any farmer will tell ya, if the animals are kept happy, they produce better food
Happy cows fed good food will produce the best quality milk that will result in the best gains

Jk, I want to uplift California from the ground up then spread to other states
I want to start up facilities for troubled communities… we will call these facilities “the journeys to Paz” (paz means peace in Spanish, paz is our movement, paz is our cause… our company name is the paz brothers)
Within these facilities there will be sections with corresponding coaches (life coaches really) that we will teach how to coach
One section for weight lifting
One section for spirituality and self love
One section to learn how to meditate/meditate in group
One section for yoga
A section for learning how to eat healthy and a little nutrition shop
There will be kids sections to set them on a better path and a adult section to rehabilitate them (since our target customers will be gangsters, drug dealers, killers and such)
I’ll be going to the worst hoods in California and meeting every one i have to meet for this to happen
I have many other goals to that will help with the ultimate goal, which is putting an end to gang violence in the nation gang capital (California) and more gud stuff
