It makes more sense. When you start speaking a question out loud it already has the tone of a question in your voice from the very beginning. Otherwise you read the whole sentence, see that it was a question and then go back and read it again the right way. Or you read it before you read it, always jumping ahead to know what’s about to come. It give you ADD but that might be the native English speaker’s way.

what your boss does exactly?

you know I try to learn about those stuff more and more becuase I had 3 jobs all my life and I was ok. But what I heard from people is that I got used by them. And then I hear about other people and some have problems some doesn’t but it seems I need to care more about the boss I am working. Know what I am saying?

so what you saying there is that people are just people and potition doesn’t matter you can be boss and a fool together and hate others for no apparent reason but your own mood
