I do this thing where I ādietā (not eat crap around Christmas) - not on purpose, it always seems to align that way. Since everyone else is getting fat, I lose double the weight.

Left and right sides of the body, generally speaking, are of different energies.
The left side tends to be considered lunar, the right side solar
The right side can be a bit āstrongerā āboth in terms of stiffness as well as in terms of itās ability to be energized (which is why most people are right handed).
