I think im permanently in alpha-theta so i dont feel it altering at all
it feels good and thats it
when there is more activity in the schuman bandwith in the atmosphere (cause solar flares or electric storms or whatever) it feels even better
This is the only way I know Iām a good person. I have no other evidence. But this alone keeps me going.
