It’s actually bad.

Not bad per se and in and of itself. But it gives a behaviour pattern to your brain.

Ok so when I discovered Modafinil
I knew about it some 10 years before I first tried it
But refrained
I thought ‘Had I used this 10 years before a lot of my pain would not have been’
But

1. It does indeed use your energy resources. All I majorly understand is that it plays with dopamine. The first time I tried it I literally cried, as I had not been able to focus/learn/do stuff/enjoy even music in a long while. I finally felt like me. Must be the dopamine. But you do have to hydrate, not consume coffeine, etc… I have noticed that what you practice/learn while using it stays with you
2. As it’s probably already a public matter (I was desperate for help, what was I supposed to do), during my recent turbulent times, ‘substances’ came up a lot. Of any sort, even AINS. Stuff that wasn’t supposed to be in my system. So, I’m reluctant. Anyhow, there is definitely a ‘more correct’ way to use Modafinil, which implies hydration, using it occasionally, etc…
   Yes, it also reduces creativity. BUT it helps you focus/work, including reducing cravings such as smoking and alcohol. It’s the drug that NZT and Lucy were inspired by (though I also think Ketamine inspired them as well).

That was my problem with weed. And alcohol. I loved the insights/meditations, but the price was too high. But also, I was smoking it with tobacco. Still experimenting with energy fields… Tbh I’m glad it’s not that attractive to me anymore.

If you are able to cultivate your dan tien, then you won’t need the weed cause you will know how to circulate energy.
