it might be perception man sometimes I see things bigger sometimes smaller sometimes moving and it’s because of blood flow to the eyes

When I am hydrated everything bigger when i am not everything smaller

I really don’t know how to fix that, maybe listening to lifting fields did it and by abstaining you fix it.

The ida and pingala nadis have portions that actually curves through the eyebrows, so learning the exercise is probably the most direct way to address things lol
