I donā€™t know, since I am not a Buddhist, nor did I chant it that much, but I felt so good, so refreshed and most of all calm and compasionate, when I did/repeated that mantra.

I am just like this thread, random, sometimes selfish, sometimes selfless, also I believe to always be close to the Divine, as the Divine is within and without, on the upper and lower scale of consciousnessā€¦

Anyway, just my opinion/view.
