Was the sun ever actually yellow? I remember since 2020 going outside and it was definitely white and seemed brighter than before. But I can’t specifically remember if it was yellow before.

for me yoga is postures
yoga with movements and stuff was mixed with martial arts, i think
modern yoga is a joke so
so positions maybe, movement i dunno how it relates
but you are supposed to do moola bandha and maybe other bandhas (control breath and lock energy in place) while doing the movements…so it seems like a smart application of yoga
kriya yoga does a lot of that too

I read the whole thing. I don’t have much to say about it. I wasn’t convinced. The hue might be shifting maybe. But even if it is I’m not going with the conclusions there of it meaning a new earth or plastic removing itself from the ocean or love being replaced etc.
