I listened to child like wonder non stop for hours so I can force myself to want to live… what helped me the most was actually looking at porn
Looking at porn helped me feel desire again, albeit it took a while for me to be attracted/desire anything… (It helped the most with my mental state not energetic state of course)
and lots of stuff for Jing chi shen and raising vibes… Some brain stuff for dopamine and stuff too
But the field I played the most was actually revamp child like wonder at the time
My mom thought I was depressed for a whole week, cuz i was bed ridden basically haha
That’s what I did… And that’s before I knew the truth of LSD
I would have gone about it differently now…
How does the regular human that doesn’t use fields get back on track energetically?
Eating… Living… Pranayama/spiritual practices that engorges oneself with energy… Sleeping good…

I felt like i was butchered and my pieces where in a plastic bag
I felt like i was a glass that shattered into a million pieces
I felt dead as possible, i felt there was no way I could return from this experience
I also felt many many beings around me, which I know to be gods and goddesses today

I really forget the details of the trip so I can’t really tell you what exactly I learned then tbh

yeah I still don’t know why I am here though. What does one do after achieving things with fields?
I am getting into a point where I am stuck not because I see no progress but I have no desire for them to be achieved and I redirect.
