Best water soluble vitamins are those that are timed release why? because they will go down the toilet if you take one big dose of them. Now time release will make the release in a slow way and your stomach, intestings will have more time to absorb them and they will have more time in your system to do work.

For the fat soluble vitamins you need to take all the vitamin A forms not just beta carotene. it’s not bad but’s not enough, so consider instead of taking a supplement only with beta carotene a supplement with retinol. Or zeaxantin, like a lot of beta carotene categories.

third thing is that metals that are chelated (meaning they are bound by amino acids) are easier absorbed. So you go with that, don’t take any multivitamin that has let’s say only zinc and not copper, you need all together. They antagonize themselfs but it’s better to keep them balanced all together instead of having an unbalanced thing and go then and buy a different supplement for the unbalance

then it’s cofactors, you want. PABA,Choline,Inositol etc in the same form, timed release. Look at a supplement that has those as they are really useful for the body, also they were considered ase part of B complex vitamins.

Another thing is to go for your specific needs, a test to see what’s your levels of everything will be a costly thing I think, in my country it’s not but there can do a test for 300 euros just to see everything inside of you. But the costly thing is cost effective of course. The multivitamin will be your safest bet but if you got a lack of something it will be better to only fix that first.

Vitamin E is better to take in tocotrienols but not tocopherols but the supplements will have tocopherols, it’s good. It really matters if it’s A , B , C ,D whatever tocopherol there is there must be all. You will not find that in a multivitamin you take only one type of tocopherol. I wouldn’t recommend taking another supplement for that just eat the right fats and you will be good.

Vitamin D. 4000k Ui a day is a really standard thing. Take everyday same time, around the morning-middle of the day. Some people noted that it’s good for jet lags at night. I don’t know more. Vitamin D is the best vitamin you can take out of all because it’s a hormone too, it gives a lot of instructions for your body, protects your bones by absorbing a lot more metals from your intestines, helps the kidneys, makes blood pressure stable at the lower spectrum, improves mood and you don’t have ups and downs.

Then goes omega 3,6,7,9 it’s better to supplement them in balance. Thing is if you will eat a lot of fish and you don’t do a lot of brain related work or working out you will know when to stop when your body becomes oily.

Then Q10, I found a product that has omega complex and Q10 and it really works, it makes you produce a lot more energy and be more energy effective. It protects your body tissues too. Great supplement. Don’t recommend to anyone because it’s really expensive at it’s own. If you happen to find something cheap plus the good form that I don’t remember the name then it’s a really good supplement. You can supplement yourself with this by eating organs like liver or brain or heart or kidneys from animals.

That’s all folks, maybe there is more that I don’t remember but yeah a multivitamin that got most of the things and not the omega fats it’s a good multivitamin, then take multivitamin and another omega 3 supplement and I think you will good mostly. Your body will start becomeing stronger and more stable and when you built it in your system the hard thing will be to stop being strong.

for this there are sites to tell you about the deficiencies but not having a balance will act as having deficiency in the antagonist.

there are specific antagonists like zinc and copper
calcium and magnesium
sodium and potasium
iron and everything else

those things must go hand in hand
you can’t have more calcium than magnesium you will be overexcited for no reason and you cannot rest.
you cannot have more zinc than copper there will be problems (which I don’t remember specifically) in your nervous system, liver, reproductive organs etc
