That seems accurate enough. I mean people can be different but odds are yes; not speaking doesn’t mean not thinking. Being direct enough can get her to respond direct somewhat. Sometimes. But then it’s on you (or your friend or whoever) to be honest with self about the message of her actions compared to her words however direct or indirect they are. But especially if they’re more indirect or vague.
