I go do nothing and stare at wall. I just bored
This can be a powerful thing for you
If you go all out in this and do just this
Perhaps feel the floor, feel your hands, switch your attention to your eye lids, then your clothes, then the wallā¦
Slowly feel everything till you are fully aware of your location
Then meditate and become the location
So much can be done when thereās nothing to do
Itās actually a blessing to have free time because you can do so much funner things on your own by yourself than with friends (a romantic partner is better than both tho lol)
The problem is thinking thereās nothing to do
Thereās always something to do when you have nothing to do
The limitless mind, mankinds mental boundaries are much greater than that of earthā¦ So naturally itās one of the funnest places to be
You can also be stretching, massaging yourself, doing recovery things for exercise stuff
Massaging yourself.
It takes time to get out of the āi need to do somethingā resonance
Like some people just grab and look at their phone and check different apps even though thereās nothing and theyāve checked all already
Others smoke cuz they have nothing to do
Stuff like that
Once you get past those urges
You fall into flow of being alone with your thoughts/self and doing nothing, only then can visualization really flourish and other things of that nature
It becomes a beautiful past time, until you think you should be doing something

Well if this is a random thought ill be damned.
When you start habitually being conscious of your fitness state and routine, you flourish in so many more ways
Not only does the stuff I mentioned help with performance and recovery, but mentally youāre engaging your awareness in the world of fitness, spending time in this world helps you get that residency/citizenship while others just get a tourist visa (they do gym 2 weeks and never again) and end up going back to their worlds of laziness lol
Posing, massaging muscles, stretching, and looking at fitness related things will help solidify you on this path of fitness youāve found yourself more or less newly embarked in
