I went to a dietitian and she made me go up a scale with electronic stuff in my hand feet and belly i think and she made a measurement. I even left because she said âyou are not fat, just donât eat junk food and you are good. There is nothing for me to fixâ and quite frankly she was right.
Now that I take care of what I eat I lost a lot so fast. Just by not eating sugar and dairy or eating outside.
