Damn, i wish i had that discipline with meditation haha soon soon… I’ve been meditating a lot more recently, one thing i wanna try is meditation directly after working out, it just makes sense to me
Which reminds me, for some time back when i lived in California, i would do burpees upon waking up the moment i opened my eyes and would dive straight into meditation to simulate remaining calm while in a crazy environment (since my heart rate would be all crazy from the burpees, I’d try to calm my heart and breath as fast as possible) i used to do this with my best friend but we only did it for a few weeks i think… i did this back when I dreamed of being a boxer, i thought it would help me remain calm in the ring
Right after work too lol the first few steps where probably the hardest i bet, since you got a work days fatigue on the surface you need to shake off… That’s how it is for me when I work out after work, once i shake it off I come alive
I’ve never ran 5 miles straight… I’ve gotten to 5 miles on one occasion but i had many breaks lol i always disliked cardio with a passion haha
