Which is interesting because yesterday or earlier today I said I am prioritizing my sleep quality and feeling satisfied

Being satisfied is enough to not feel lonely

I have been nudging myself to feel satisfied just because and I’ve realized that my mind does not want to let go of the suffering and loneliness

Ah bro you gotta give it another go but don’t listen to it by itself, you need to target things in a smart way

I think you should tackle this problem with a playlist that goes in this order:

  1. Chakra work (to open up the chakras and help things surface)

  2. Self love stuff (to target things generally)

  3. Then detail work (so grief loss, child like wonder, mass meditation field to uplift yourself)

  4. More self love stuff plus divine love (if you don’t got VODL)

  5. Love gratitude and appreciation (to cement things, Gratitude and appreciate cements/manifests things into reality… Intertwine that with the included field of love and all the aforementioned steps will produce a new way of being)

Man, I’m a lil tired, but what’s more tiresome is the thought of how tired i will be tomorrow lol

Yesterday i slept 4ish hours and worked about 10 hours (quick day today)

The day before i slept 3 hours before work

I got off work not too long ago, it’s 8:45 pm, I’m going to be at the gym at 10 pm, will have a 3 hour work out and i have to be back at work at 6 30 am, so i will probably sleep 2-3 hours before working a 12+ hour shift lol

That reminds me of when I would stay awake until midnight and then meditate until I fell asleep only to get ready to work again at 5:00… I was running between 5 and 7 miles after work too at that time lol… :sunny: sunshine can help with things

Damn, i wish i had that discipline with meditation haha soon soon… I’ve been meditating a lot more recently, one thing i wanna try is meditation directly after working out, it just makes sense to me

Which reminds me, for some time back when i lived in California, i would do burpees upon waking up the moment i opened my eyes and would dive straight into meditation to simulate remaining calm while in a crazy environment (since my heart rate would be all crazy from the burpees, I’d try to calm my heart and breath as fast as possible) i used to do this with my best friend but we only did it for a few weeks i think… i did this back when I dreamed of being a boxer, i thought it would help me remain calm in the ring

Right after work too lol the first few steps where probably the hardest i bet, since you got a work days fatigue on the surface you need to shake off… That’s how it is for me when I work out after work, once i shake it off I come alive

I’ve never ran 5 miles straight… I’ve gotten to 5 miles on one occasion but i had many breaks lol i always disliked cardio with a passion haha

I think I did too much. —I had a clean diet but got crazy cavities after a few years of doing that. All the sweating leeches the calcium out of the teeth and bones :scream: . --So I’m not as hardcore as I used to be, but my teeth and bones thank me for it lol.

Man, sweating is like giving birth then! (To a minute degree lol) i hear a lot of women lose teeth when giving birth cuz the baby leeches the calcium too

I’ve been known to be a heavy sweater since highschool, I’d always warm up crazy fast and start sweating bullets left and right… i always thought it was a good thing lol
