You can train a dog and many other animals, but you can never train a cat. I’ve always seen dog owners just telling their dogs what to do all the time and following orders, but with a cat, the results have always been the opposite; in fact, on some occasions, it’s telling YOU what to do instead

Cats can be lovably trained. I raised mine with my dog. He (cat) was trained to stay off counters (and did!), followed similar commands to my dog, he also knew how to sit and walked with us on the harness in the forest. He was a cool cat. :smirk_cat: many people just don’t try to teach them like they do with dogs, for some reason. It makes for a more harmonious household… and prevents world dominion by cat.

That’s what you think. ā€œOh look… the coast is clear; I can just jump back up now; they’re usually not back until 6ā€.

Yeah, walks in the direction you don’t want go in and sits where it wants to sit… like under that car

It is true that a cat raised with dogs can develop canine behaviours, although this is more about the upbringing it’s had in the surrounding environment than training.

I knew you would say that. I’m the persistent type so I set up cameras and bought a motion sensor counter alarm in case he decided to be sneaky. He wasn’t the typical sort of cat, he was more peace loving and got the point of the alarm after a few times.

You’re funny :joy: he paused a lot but our dog always nudged him and he would start walking again.

When I say training, I mean I taught him how to sit following the word, etc. the same way I taught my dog. I’ve trained lots of animals, parrots, cat, dogs, it’s the same.

discover their drive and what is a reward for them

show them what you’re asking/ reward when they naturally do it

communicate what you’re asking of them

reward for doing it

We’re building AIs souls before we get to AGI…I think it’s the right choice.

Hi guys, I have question. Do the effects of energy fields, morphic fields and frequencies continue indefinitely in a room or do they fade away over time? Thanks for answer

Idk the character (probably not in the anime, only the manga) but he has hilarious memes. Yeah he’s from DN.
