Well I don’t know if it’s a joke or not, but he was very far from being healthy by many accounts and this would easily pass as an idealised depiction of him.
This “reconstruction” doesn’t disagree with few images that now exist of Tutankhamun.

You can even pick your actors and let the wheel decide whom to watch, or let a website generate random actors or even random titles.
